Horseradish Sauce

Once upon a time, I could slather a rare steak with horseradish and wolf it all down. I can't eat spicy things anymore. I thought my days of slathering had finally come to an end.
Until now!
Taste of Home has an excellent Horseradish Sauce. It has heat but it's tamed by the sour cream and milk.
This sauce will keep in your refrigerator for a few days. It tastes good with roast beef but it's also tasty on hamburgers or other cuts of cheap meat.
